Here’s the general information about my commissions. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!

All commissions will be done though the website Vgen.co
my username on Vgen is: niniaa1111
once you send me a commission request on vgen, ill review it to decide if I approve it. Once approved, I will then send you a proposal with prices. Finally, once you accept it, we can get started on your commission!Payment method:

-Mecha/robots
-Pets
-Very detailed backgrounds
-Anything outside of my art styleMore information:
-Additional characters will cost an additional 50% of the full price

Art Commission Terms and Service1. Introduction
This document outlines the terms and conditions for my art commissions. By commissioning me, the artist: Annia St-Denis Gauthier, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:2. Commission Request Process
Inquiry: Clients may contact the artist via VGen, email, or social media to make a first communication about a commission request. Clients may also skip this step and start with submitting a commission requests through the artist’s VGen website. The completion of the VGen commission request form will be required and obligatory before the artist can start your commission.
Details Required:
-Type of artwork (full body, half body, portrait etc…)
-Subject matter (oc, fan art, person etc…),
-Add ons (extra people/characters, extra hands, objects, backgrounds, etc…)
-Reference images (no references may raise the price depending on the complexity of the commission)
Consultation: A discussion will be required to clarify details. The artist will reach out to the client to confirm the commission request, discuss further details etc..
Won’t do: the artist won’t draw anything outside of their artstyle, nsfw, mecha/robots, gore, complicated backgrounds and pets.3. Pricing and Payment
Commission Pricing: Prices are determined based on complexity, size, add ons etc… A proposal with price will be sent to the client after the artist reviewed the client’s request.
full payment upfront: The full payment is upfront and required by the client before the artist can start your commission.
Notice: The artist will not start the commission before having received the payment. Refusal of the payment will result in cancellation of the commission.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via PayPal and VGen payment through VGen's website only.4. Commission Timeline
Estimated Completion: The typical completion time is 1-2 weeks but the time period indicated on the contract is 2 months in case of an extreme situation.
Notice: the full commission process from start (when the commission is accepted and the payment is made) to finish (full completion) should take less than 4 weeks.
Updates: the artist will provide updates on their progress. Clients may inquire about status at any time.
Notice: commissions timeline may vary depending on the artist’s schedule, all this specific information will be given to the client at the beginning of the commission discussion and the client will be updated to any new information involving this matter throughout the commission process if need be.5. Revisions
Sketch Phase: Clients are entitled to 3 revisions during the sketch phase. Further references to help the artist better understand your request are recommended!
Final Artwork: Minor adjustments to the final piece are allowed, but significant changes, especially ones that should have been mentioned during prior phases, will be declined.6. Copyright and Usage Rights
The Artist retains all copyright to the artwork. Clients are allowed to use the artwork for personal purposes only, such as displaying/reposting it online (with proper credit), using it as a profile photo, sending it as a gift to someone, making private prints for personal use only etc…
For any online usages, proper credit of the artist will be necessary and tag their socials if possible on the platform.
Any monetized content use of the commission must be disclosed before the artist sends you the final proposal with prices due to its additional cost of 25%.
Any commercial merchandising use of the commission must be disclosed before the artist sends you the final proposal with prices due to its additional cost of 100%.
The artist’s work can not be turned into NFT and can not be used for AI.7. Cancellations and Refunds
Client Cancellations:
A client may cancel a commission at any given time throughout the commission process however there will be no refunds (unless the cancellation has been made before the artist started working on the commission)
Artist Cancellations: If the artist cannot fulfil the commission and has to cancel at any given time through the commission process, a full refund will be given to the client.8. Final Delivery
The final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution JPEG/PNG via VGen's website.9. Liability
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their usage of the artwork complies with the terms of service.10. Amendments
The Artist reserves the right to amend these terms. Clients will be notified of any changes.11. Agreement
By commissioning the artist, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.Contact Information: To begin a commission request, please fill in a commission request through VGen or contact the artist via social media (linked above).
