Here’s the general information about my commissions. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!

All commissions will be done though the website Vgen.co
my username on Vgen is: niniaa1111
once you send me a commission request on vgen, ill review it to decide if I approve it. Once approved, I will then send you a proposal with prices. Finally, once you accept it, we can get started on your commission!Payment method:

-Additional characters will cost an additional 50% of the full price

Terms of service

Art Commission Terms and Services1. Introduction
This document outlines the terms and conditions for my art commissions. By commissioning me, the artist: Annia St-Denis Gauthier, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:2. Commission Request Process
Inquiry: Clients may contact the artist via VGen, email, or social media to make a first communication about a commission request. Clients may also skip this step and start with submitting a commission requests through the artist’s VGen website. The completion of the VGen commission request form will be required and obligatory before the artist can start your commission.
Details Required:
-Type of artwork (full body, half body, portrait etc…)
-Subject matter (oc, fan art, person etc…),
-Add ons (extra people/characters, extra hands, objects, backgrounds, etc…)
-Reference images (no references may raise the price depending on the complexity of the commission)
Consultation: A discussion will be required to clarify details. The artist will reach out to the client to confirm the commission request, discuss further details etc..
Won’t do: the artist won’t draw anything outside of their artstyle, nsfw, mecha/robots, gore, complicated backgrounds and pets.3. Pricing and Payment
Commission Pricing: Prices are determined based on complexity, size, add ons etc… A proposal with price will be sent to the client after the artist reviewed the client’s request.
full payment upfront: The full payment is upfront and required by the client before the artist can start your commission.
Notice: The artist will not start the commission before having received the payment. Refusal of the payment will result in cancellation of the commission.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via PayPal and VGen payment through VGen's website only.4. Commission Timeline
Estimated Completion: The typical completion time is 1-2 weeks but the time period indicated on the contract is 2 months in case of an extreme situation.
Notice: the full commission process from start (when the commission is accepted and the payment is made) to finish (full completion) should take less than 4 weeks.
Updates: the artist will provide updates on their progress. Clients may inquire about status at any time.
Notice: commissions timeline may vary depending on the artist’s schedule, all this specific information will be given to the client at the beginning of the commission discussion and the client will be updated to any new information involving this matter throughout the commission process if need be.5. Revisions
Sketch Phase: Clients are entitled to 3 revisions during the sketch phase. Further references to help the artist better understand your request are recommended!
Final Artwork: Minor adjustments to the final piece are allowed, but significant changes, especially ones that should have been mentioned during prior phases, will be declined.6. Copyright and Usage Rights
The Artist retains all copyright to the artwork. Clients are allowed to use the artwork for personal purposes only, such as displaying/reposting it online (with proper credit), using it as a profile photo, sending it as a gift to someone, making private prints for personal use only etc…
For any online usages, proper credit of the artist will be necessary and tag their socials if possible on the platform.
Any monetized content use of the commission must be disclosed before the artist sends you the final proposal with prices due to its additional cost of 25%.
Any commercial merchandising use of the commission must be disclosed before the artist sends you the final proposal with prices due to its additional cost of 100%.
The artist’s work can not be turned into NFT and can not be used for AI.7. Cancellations and Refunds
Client Cancellations:
A client may cancel a commission at any given time throughout the commission process however there will be no refunds (unless the cancellation has been made before the artist started working on the commission)
Artist Cancellations: If the artist cannot fulfil the commission and has to cancel at any given time through the commission process, a full refund will be given to the client.8. Final Delivery
The final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution JPEG/PNG via VGen's website.9. Liability
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their usage of the artwork complies with the terms of service.10. Amendments
The Artist reserves the right to amend these terms. Clients will be notified of any changes.11. Agreement

This document outlines the terms and conditions for my art Adoptables. By buying from me, the artist: Annia St-Denis Gauthier, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:2. Pricing and Payment
Adoptables Pricing: Prices are determined based on complexity, size, etc. Two set prices will be set on the product on the artist's VGen shop. The first (lowest) price will include personal uses only while the second (highest) price will include personal and commercial uses. Merchandise uses are prohibited (more information bellow).
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via PayPal and VGen payment through VGen's website only.3. Copyright and Usage Rights
The Artist retains all copyright to the original artwork while the client gets the ownership of the design they bought.
Clients are only allowed to use the artwork for personal purposes unless the commercial price was paid.
Personal uses allowed: displaying/reposting it online (with proper credit), using it to commission other artists, using it as a profile photo, sending it as a gift to someone, making private prints for personal uses only etc…
For online reposts, proper credit of the artist will be necessary and tag their socials if possible on the platform.
Clients are allowed to use the design for personal and commercial usages if they paid the additional commercial fee.
Commercial uses allowed:
V-Tubing, streaming, content creating, stories etc. (as long as you are not making money directly from the artist's design itself).
Merchandising usages prohibited. Selling any physical or digital products with the artist's design is strictly prohibited.
The artist’s work can not be turned into NFT and can not be used for AI.4. Refunds
No refunds allowed.5. Reselling Permissions:
The client can only resale the adoptable at the price it was bought unless extra artwork is being sold with it. In the case additional artwork is included in the resell of the design, the price portion of the artist's original artwork needs to remain the same as what it was bought at, while the other portion of the final resell price can be priced accordingly to everyone else's permissions.
Clients must wait at least a month before reselling the adopt. (This is to help prevent reselling scams).
Reselling frauds and scams are strictly prohibited.6. Design Alterations:
Design changes and alterations are allowed as long as the design remain somewhat recognizable.7. product
The artwork will be available in high-resolution as a JPEG/PNG via VGen's website.8. Liability
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their usage of the artwork and design complies with the terms of services.9. Amendments

Here is the link to my VGen website. Your request must be done through VGen: VGenOnce I receive the request, I will review it to see if I will accept your request. Once accepted, I will send you a proposal with the price. Once you accept the proposal, we can get started on you commission.
